Dana-Maria Faneker (Captain VR) , a professional personal development coach invites guest speakers and opens the floor for discussion in these special times. (Covid-19, discrimination, riots, vandalism).
This time Gitte Briffa is our guest speaker. Gitte is the founder of Awarenest, a soul space where you can deeply connect with yourself and others. At Awarenest, a multidisciplinary team of six coaches supports you to go within. They help you feel and express yourself in the presence of others. With Gittes work, she aims to provide you with support to feel grounded, embodied, and full of life!
Gitte's dream is that people can experience all the aspects of their internal world. When you connect with your mind, heart, and life energy, you can express all of who you are and feel the joy of this freedom.
Gitte will facilitate a soul hacking session. She will give you a taster of soulful connection.
After this session, there will be a Q&A and time for everybody to share their thoughts on the challenges of dealing with these times of crisis. Everybody will get the chance to share tools, techniques, and tips for managing stress and encouraging positive decision-making.
Dana-Maria CaptainVR is the Team Leader of the Educators in VR vCoaching and Personal Development team, and she brings her evangelism in using virtual reality for coaching, training, and therapy applications to help people "captain their own lives." The research and application of virtual reality is a powerful tool for helping people to confront fears, build life skills, reduce stress and boost immune systems, and become more effective in their professional lives and work.
This is an open discussion not a therapy session.
Educators in VR hosts weekly workshops on Tuesday and workshops, classes, and trainings throughout the week in AltspaceVR and hosts a variety of events in ENGAGE, rumii, Mozilla Hubs, and more.
