A 4-part series about Producing and Performing Live Theater in Virtual Reality. PANEL 4: Immersive Theater and Audience Participation.

Monday’s at 12pm pdt, Oct. 25th through Nov. 15th.

We are natural storytellers; it is at the core of our nature, and we are now at the tip of the spear with a new technology that allows us to tell those stories in a unique way. That feels more alive and visceral. That allows us to be almost anywhere in the world and feel like we are standing in a room together.

Join Deirdre V. Lyons and Whitton Frank, two veterans of Live VR Theater and members of Ferryman Collective, which joined CoAct Productions to adapt The Severance Theory: Welcome to Respite into a live theatrical immersive theater piece that has shown at the Tribeca Film Festival, the Venice International Film Festival, Kaohsiung Film Festival and will soon be showing at the Raindance Film Festival, as they bring in other team members to talk about producing and performing in VR.

This is a 4-part series:

Mon. Nov 1st, 12pm pdt - World Building, Platforms and other options.
